Community Residential Services
We provide exceptional Community Residential Settings for individuals with disabilities and mental health disorders. We go beyond offering a place to live, creating homes where comfort meets growth, and compassionate staff supports clients on their journey to independence.
Crisis Respite: In/Out home
We offer brief, intensive care for individuals requiring robust support to progress, stabilize, and transition. Our crisis respite care acts as a transitional bridge, guiding individuals back to the community and facilitating their return to a more integrated setting.
Individualized Home Supports
Independent living doesn’t come easy for some individuals with mental health challenges. With our individualized home supports, we provide supportive services for these people, empowering them to achieve their health goals, no matter how long it takes. Our individualized home supports include one of the following services -Without training, With training, With family training
Night Supervision Services
In the instance that our clients may need constant supervision, especially during the night, to maintain their health and safety, our night supervision services can be an ideal option. We can match them with experts who they feel comfortable with and can adapt to unusual care routines.
24-Hour Emergency Assistance
Our office is always available to meet the needs of our clients 24/7, most especially during emergencies. We have experts on board who can facilitate disease and symptom management techniques, arranging hospital admissions as needed.
