Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily maintenance and upkeep of each property.

  • Perform routine property inspections.

  • Support facilities management by reporting maintenance issues and coordinating repairs as needed.

  • Engage with site supervisors to ensure sites are in proper functioning order.

  • Utilize necessary tools and equipment safely and with proper care.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance overall services.

  • Ability to recognize work place hazards and use basic first aid techniques
